Hi there

My name is Catherine. I am journalism and media student at Rhodes University in South Africa. I'm currently 18 although I sometimes like to think that I'm older. Cape Town is the city I was born and bred in and yes, we do have an amazing mountain. I am horrifically uncoordinated, and unfortunately for everyone that is seen in public with me, am clumsy as hell too. I like to think I'm a funny person, although the general silence I hear after cracking a joke often tells me otherwise.

I enjoy singing. In fact, I can't go a day without humming a tune, my residence mates see this as a not-so-enduringcharacter trait. Luckily for my boyfriend though, this is a trait that often indicates my mood:Singing= happy Cath (approach willingly) / No singing= Grumpy Cath (Don't dare come near me unless there is chocolate in your hand).

I'm part of a loving family of nine, well actually five, but we always include our dogs.I'm the middle child amidst m older brother, Francis and my sister , Gaby. Our doggies names are Bonnie and Clyde (they're the mischievous duo), Savanna (She's the big mama that looks after the rest) and Chester (the naughty rascal that loves to play fetch).

I'm very interested in anything that is edible. Food is one of my true loves. Well, isn't it everyone's.If there is one other thing I'd say I love in this life it would be watching movies. The dream wold be to get paid to watch movies for a living, imagine it: "Catherine- the professional couch potato".

Life is currently my teacher and I am it's obedient student, I'm learning to stand on my two feet without falling over (because you know, clumsy) and I can't wait to see what mew challenges life throws at me.
