I am a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I studied at The Clifton Practice in Manchester, one of the most prestigious training schools in the country and gained my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I maintain two informal clinics in Birkdale, Southport and Chorley. This cutting- edge therapy can help people with many familiar and unfamiliar problems. I work with difficult areas of depression, anxiety, panic attacks and OCD. Weight loss, sports performance and stopping smoking are other areas that can be addressed and can offer rewarding results.
