Catherine Leach

I am the Managing Director of Leach Legal, a law firm based in West Perth, Western Australia. I have also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer for the College of Law, lecturing in Family Law.

My team and I are passionate about providing people with strength, education, advice and support to assist them to move through life changing events - separation, divorce, death and buying and selling businesses.

I strive to get to know my clients at a deeper level so that I can understand what is causing them pain and find a solution to remove the pain. For many people it is the uncertainty of separation, the worry about their children and the concern for the future - but like a good doctor a proper diagnosis is imperative before you can prescribe the cure.

My family at home and my wonderful team at work are my passion and I work hard with both to help everyone to achieve their full potential.

I have discovered the snow and I am hoping to get back there again with my family and enjoy the wonders of skiing and mountain life.

I believe there should be more education about separation and divorce, to ensure that the countless myths and misconceptions disappear and people can focus on rebuilding their lives without having their family torn apart by the legal system.
