Catherine Neary is a Marketing professional in the AEC services industry using her communications and business development experience to plan and lead winning proposals. She excels in lead generation and prequalification, prospect tracking, and market research, and has managed trade shows and promotional material, including multi-media presentations and white papers. Well-versed in the Shipley process. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
As a Proposal Manager, Catherine has demonstrated her specific areas of expertise in opportunity research, SWOT analysis, and proposal tool box development.
Catherine loves winning proposals, especially the ones that appear to be an almost-lost cause, and are in danger of being dropped for lack of resources. The complicated RFPs get decoded for compliance and winnability. Career highlights include:

Also, Catherine was an early member and served on the board of The Society of Women Environmental Professionals of Greater Philadelphia, Inc. (1999 – 2005). She served on Board and Co-Chaired the Touchstone Awards (1999-2002), Special Events, and Public Relations Committees. As Board Member, developed strategy for incorporation and implemented by-laws to complement the organization’s mission. Also, Co-Chair for the National Education Forum (2001), and collaborated with board members to incorporate the Philadelphia Chapter, protecting assets of the organization that are intended to fund activities such as the SWEP Scholarship.
Throughout her career, Catherine has always been known for tenacity, resourcefulness, loyalty and the ability to make and maintain connections.
Catherine supports and volunteers for Fight from the Fairway (2009 – 2014). As a volunteer, she provides in-field support for Day-Of Activities such as check in and various contests, as well as program development and fundraising.
