My name is Catherine Phelps - but I am better known as "Cat" by my friends, and "Quota" by my frosh and fellow sophs! A second year student at Huron University College, I am currently studying Political Science and French but hope to go to law school in the near future! I enjoy music; I play the piano and am excited to be learning the organ.
