Catherine Candland

Catherine Candland is a distinguished and dynamic leader who has a deep love for learning. Based in NYC, she has over three decades of experience in Human Asset Management.

Catherine started her academic career by earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah. She then continued on to receive her MBA from the University of Maryland.

Her never-ending quest for knowledge has led her to programs at Harvard University, Dartmouth College, and Columbia University. She is also the proud recipient of the Walter Wheeler Leadership Award, and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Catherine Candland is currently the CEO of NextSource, an optimization firm.
