Born and raised in Northern California Catherine Canillas began her journey dancing at the age of 3 starting off in Hula. Catherine sang at conventions at the age of 5 and began ballet at the age of 8. Catherine’s passion for singing and dancing was unquenchable. Years have passed working in the medical field as a Respiratory Therapist and she always felt something was missing. Catherine decided to work hard to make money to travel. She has travelled Western Europe, Western Caribbean, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand among other places. Still she wasn't content. Since she was a little girl she knew she would grow up to be an entertainer always grasping everyone'’s attention. Catherine found her passion and love for acting in San Francisco. Not long after that she moved to Los Angeles to follow her dreams. Catherine has been studying at he acclaimed Beverly Hills Playhouse ever since. Driven by her love for the arts she remains dedicated to pursuing the craft of acting and following her dreams! Her filipino heritage gives her a unique edge as she continues her journey. With feisty determination and impeccable thirst for life, she is quickly making her mark as a actress in Hollywood.
