Catherine Girard

I'm a human resources professional who is passionate about helping people with disabilities reach their full potential in the workplace and community. I currently work in recruitment at the Bank of Canada. We are a leading central bank committed to offering a vibrant workplace that benefits from the perspectives and talents of our diverse workforce.

I supported a pilot project at the Bank of Canada to create a placement program for people with disabilities. The program was a success and is now an initiative encouraged throughout the organization.

I actively volunteer in the community and support a number of organizations including the Therapeutic Riding Association of Ottawa (TROtt), LiveWorkPlay, United Way and MontFront Renaissance.
