Cathie Ostapchuk

I have recently transitioned out of serving on the leadership team of NextLEVEL Leadership and continue to facilitate leadership development for women and men nationally and internationally, most recently at World Vision, and in Ghana, West Africa. I have been involved in fundraising and serving on non-profit boards both in the local community and the GTA for over a decade. My strengths are creating contexts for and facilitating collaborative conversations, consulting in change management, fierce conversations, power, team, and systems thinking, teaching at women’s groups and retreats, fundraising, and large and small-scale event planning. In 2006 I co-chaired a major event that saw thousands of women fill the Air Canada Centre with Anne Graham Lotz. I have produced large scale creative arts events and is excited about the convergence of leadership and the arts. I am active in her community through my work on the board of directors of HomeSuiteHope. Cathie has recently created the ACTS Initiative – a coalition of local faith, political and social service leaders. ACTS encourages gathering together to discuss and act on strategies that transform the community and address issues of poverty and homelessness. I am a trained musician, active in the worship life of her church and is currently completing my Masters in Leadership and Management. My passion is authentic living from the core – and I encourage both women and men to find their rhythm in both life and leadership. Through coaching and mentoring I desire to impart life principles and leading and living from the core as as the foundation for all growth.
