I’m Cathleen Gouveia, Professional Interior Designer and a Past President of The American Society of Interior Designers of Northern California. I obtained my Master's Degree in Interior Architecture | Design from RISD in 1998. My work has been nationally published. It has been featured in several Showhouses, and I have won several design excellence awards. I enjoy collaborating with clients, architects, realtors and contractors. Most of all, I truly enjoy seeing clients enjoy the transformation of their spaces!

My design studio, Cathleen Gouveia Design (CGD) is located just north of San Francisco. However, the projects I take on are throughout the Bay Area, Wine Country, Marin and Lake Tahoe.

I am an advocate of design, architecture, fine art, and innovation. I’m also interested in jazz music and sailing.
