I lead Babylist’s company-wide AI adoption efforts, helping teams see what’s possible, feel confident using new tools, and turn big, ambiguous problems into clear, human-centered solutions.

Before moving into AI program management in 2025, I spent more than a decade in Marketing and Editorial leading zero-to-one programs that drove material growth. At Babylist, I scaled our email program into an award-winning franchise with 1.9M+ weekly subscribers, grew the Friends & Family lifecycle program from 0 to over 2M subscribers, and launched our TikTok presence—building it to 120K followers in its first year (now well over 1M). I also launched our Early Years program and developed lifecycle marketing from registry purchase through baby’s first year, unlocking $2.6M in advertising inventory in its first twelve months. I led the acquisition and relaunch of Expectful, aligning teams across product, engineering, marketing, and operations to bring the new experience to market.

Across all of my work, I’m most energized by turning complexity and ambiguity into momentum.
