Hello. I live in South Wales and am mum to a toddler and a new baby. Before I had my children I worked for years in education but made the decision to leave when they came along. Now I work from home with my own business making arm knitted infinity scraves. "Arm knitted?" I hear you cry and yes you heard correctly. I knit on my arms instead of needles resulting in large loose looped patterns. I try to use a large range of different wools and yarns and am always experimenting with more unusual materials. I work with a spectrum of colours and textures to create new designs that may be gathered, short or long or use crochet flowers, buttons or fringes to make unique and beautiful scarves. They are infinity scraves because they are sewn together at each end to create a loop. Some are short and cowl neck but others are long enough to wrap twice or even three times. Some are chunky, warm and cosy where others are long, delicate and lightweight. Although I keep a stock of ready made scarves to take to craft fairs I really love to make bespoke designs and am always interested to hear from customers who would like something made to order.
