Who is Cathy Kohar?

Cathy was born in a populous South East Asian country some 30+ years ago. She went to private Catholic schools known for tons of homeworks, strict rules and harsh punishments. In high school she contracted thyphoid and missed 6 months of school, but recovered and became head of the class in her junior year. When she graduated she received a scholarship to go to a university in Oregon.

Cathy was a graduate from Linfield College, holder of a B.A. in International Business with a minor in Japanese. Back in the college years she was one of the committee members responsible for choosing a new Japanese instructor. The committee's decision to choose an American to be the new instructor resulted in the expansion of the Japanese studies to become one of the new majors in Linfield.

In 2002, she moved to Canada. After taking Project Management course at Langara and getting the CAPM® designation, she is planning to move to another place for a better life.
