Hi, I’m Cathy McKnight, Chief Problem Solver and Lead Analyst of Seventh Bear (formerly The Content Advisory).

My 25+ years of global content and marketing experience have taught me to build bridges between leadership, processes, platforms, and the people needed to make it all work. Theory is great. But every organisation is unique, so I dig into the details because great content doesn't happen by accident.
Before Seventh Bear, I co-founded Digital Clarity Group, one of the first CX-centric analyst and consulting firms, and held senior roles at IBM, Prescient Digital Media, and Aon Hewitt. I’ve had the privilege of speaking at top industry events, being named a top marketing and CX analyst to watch, and worked with teams across industries on the kind of stubborn content problems most want to avoid.
