She recently closed her most difficult transaction in her 10 year career by negotiating a distressed home with 4 liens on it and overcoming several other obstacles; to top it off the seller was able to walk away with $15,000. Her investor clients trust her with seeking out properties with positive cash flow.

Catherine's tenacity and passion for real estate has earned her the lifetime member award for Masters Club in the Greater Sacramento Region of California.

Catherine enjoys almost all outdoor sports including, sailing in Folsom Lake, bike riding, Skiing in Lake Tahoe and hiking.
