Cat Lincoln is a respected marketing professional, lifestyle blogger and co-founding principal of Clever Girls Collective, Inc. At Clever Girls she’s known for her strategic brainstorming sessions and obsessively asking, “What’s the business goal?”

Cat has nearly 20 years of corporate marketing experience, leading major strategic, brand, and creative programs for Fortune 500 companies. During tenures at ADP and Wells Fargo she directed B-to-B and B-to-C initiatives, and her responsibilities included managing in-house and external creative teams as Vice President of Marketing. Her background includes campaigns that successfully targeted high-net-worth and luxury consumers.

With a voice that can range from provocative to evangelical, Cat wields words to inspire laughter, tears and animated purchasing activity. Her expertise includes creating SEO content that drives traffic, builds community and converts to sales. Cat speaks often on the role of metrics and traditional marketing tools in social media channels. At the Radian6 Users Conference she spoke on the topic of using research in planning social media campaigns. At the Mom 2.0 Summit and Reviewers Retreat she participated in panels on optimizing the relationship between brands and bloggers.

As a nationally-recognized blogger, her work has been published on AOL Lifestyle sites Lemondrop, Aisledash, Holidash, StyleList, and GreenDaily; travel site UpTake; and good news site Tonic. She also posts on her personal blog, wishbone clover. In 2010 she was invited to join the Bare by Solo Product Advisory Board. Blogging high points include interviewing journalist Tom Brokaw, eco-friendly designer Stella McCartney, and Project Runway winner Christian Siriano, plus meeting Tim Gunn, Barry Manilow and William Shatner in the same year.

Cat is based in San Francisco, where she likes to take pictures, go to concerts (if you count cover bands and karaoke) and Tweet scathing commentary about “reality” TV.
