I'm Cat, an avid bike rider, lover of the outdoors and enjoy nothing more than being surrounded nature and with a good coffee to start the day!

After many years of working in sports marketing both within the cycling and outdoor world, i've taken the leap to freelance and embracing not having a plan, but enjoying each day as it arrives and having the chance to share my experiences to inspire others through my writing.

My passport doesn't like being locked away; i'm a keen traveller who loves to experience new cultures and see these places mostly by bike, on foot or kayak.

For the future, I hope to work with other likeminded, passionate people, encourage others to get outside and explore and continue my exploration for great coffee!
