Catseye Response is a voluntary organisation, and currently has 4 active members that operates a licensed registered Motorsport stage safety Unit which provides rescue and medical cover for a wide range of events throughout the United Kingdom.

Motorsport Stage Safety Units are licensed by the MotorSport UK (MSA) the governing body for motorsport in the UK. Motorsport UK specifies the minimum levels of rescue and medical equipment that a licensed Rescue Units must carry. Motorsport UK carry out regular inspections of Motorsport stage safety units to ensure that standards are maintained.

Catseye Response carries medical equipment as specified in the Motorsport UK Year book.
