Dominik Bulat Vručinić (born 9 July 1992) is an independent researcher, poet, and writer whose work is guided by a commitment to history, ancient languages, and the beauty of art in all its forms.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from the University of VERN and a Master’s degree in International Project Management from the Rome Business School, under the University of Valencia. He is currently pursuing studies in Classical Philology (Greek and Latin Language and Literature) at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb.

He is the founder of Haemus Publishing, the creator of the YouTube channel Illyriana Jones, and the founder of the ambient music project Orion, through which he explores sound as a medium. He has appeared as a guest on several podcasts, presenting his research and findings; these conversations are freely available in a curated playlist on his channel.

He is also a member of the Croatian Royal Council, serving as Commissioner for the House of Nobility within the organisation.

In 2019, his family history was verified by the Chronicler of Arms, Dr. Alfonso de Ceballos-Escalera y Gila, for the Autonomous Community of Castile and León. Following confirmation of ancient nobility, his late grandfather was granted a renewed coat of arms, later inherited alongside the family title.

This marked the first official recognition of the family in 583 years, since 1436, when Prince Ivan VI Frankopan confirmed the nobility of his ancestor Bulat Kustražić (d. c. 1440). This confirmation was later formally recorded in the Deutsche Erbe Wappenrolle.

He lives in his hometown, where he continues his scholarly and literary pursuits.
