Dontavius Causey

Hello everyone, my name is Dontavius, but you may call me Donta for short. I am a 2006 graduate of Drew High School located in Drew MS. I received my Associates Degree from MDCC in May 2008, where I was an active member of the men's varsity basketball team. Upon transferring to MSU in the fall of 2008 I chose to pursue my Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology. I completed all requirements to receive my BS in Information Technology in May 2012. After receiving my BS I found it quite difficult to find a career in my field of study, so I decided to work two full time jobs. After a full semester of working I decided to pursue my Master's Degree in Instructional technology. I began the MSIT program here at MSU in the spring of 2013 and will complete all requirements to receive my MS in Instructional Technology in May 2014.

I am firm beliver in God and a big sports fanatic. I enjoy reading, exercising, attending church and sporting events, spending time with my family, and being the best man I can possibly be each and everyday. I plan to someday become an IT Business Analyst, Web Developer, Administrator, or Instructional Designer. One of my biggest dreams is to someday marry a beautiful and loving God fearing woman and build a big family. I hope you have enjoyed my life story as much as I've enjoyed telling it.
