Hello!

I'm a 47-year-old English teacher and translator living in Jaca (Huesca),

I acquired English at home, thanks to my mother; then I studied Philology in Zaragoza and Glasgow (Scotland).

I got my first teaching job in Derry, also called Londonderry, in troubled Northern Ireland. I also taught summer Spanish Courses at the UIMP (Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo) in Santander.

I've been teaching English ever since, and I've had all sorts of different students: children, teens and adults, in all sorts of different places, mostly at the IPFACOR (Instituto Provincial para la Formación de Adultos en Córdoba), but the most rewarding and effective experience has been as a UOC Course Instructor.

I am also completing a Degree in Hispanic Studies at the Spanish Open University - UNED.

Last but not least: I have three daughters, who don't always create the best atmosphere for working at home...
