CAYTE GRIEVE
Director of Digital Brand Strategy in New York
I am a problem solver!
My experience spans digital, media and branding - starting off as a writer and magazine editor and moving into content strategy and experiential design/tech integration. It's easy to say I work in “digital” but really I work in transformation- problem solving! I use digital as a tool to innovate business products and processes, reinvent and build stronger brands, create content-driven connections, and design better online and real- world experiences for customers and communities.
And the truth is that I am a human behaviorist first: whether I am working on a new marketing program, mapping a user journey at a multi-day stadium event, or streamlining an internal communications process, my strategic approach is human-centered – guided by human behaviorial insights. Technology doesn't interest me as much as the way we humans continue to shape it: it survives and succeeds if it works to support some aspect of our humanity or shrewdly exploits a deep-rooted human need. innovation require us to ask important questions about the way it is used and designed.
