Cameryn Barbeau is currently a Communications Intern at the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce since February 2014. She is in charge of sending out member emails, drafting press releases, writing magazine articles, photography, videography and design work. She will also be involved in helping update and reshape The Chamber’s website.

Cameryn is from Glen Ellyn, IL and is a 2010 graduate of Glenbard West High school. Cameryn is currently finishing up her final semester at University of Illinois Springfield (UIS), majoring in Communication with a minor in Marketing. Cameryn enjoys reading and hanging out with friends, and hopes to have a career in the communication field or marketing field upon graduation.
