Christopher Benvie

In 1981 Christopher Benvie was born in the "City of Champions" Brockton, Massachusetts. A lifelong baseball fan, his exposure to the greatest game came at a young age and a love affair was born.
Recognizing early on that I didn't have the skill set to play professionally, I turned to writing about the game I love.
I started my career writing for the Bleacher Report in December 2011 as a Featured Columnist for the Boston Red Sox. In an effort to balance out the fine baseball coverage the site has to offer, I decided to cover the Los Angeles Dodgers starting in April 2012 until my promotion to MLB Featured Columnist in July of 2012.
As of August 2012, I was afforded the opportunity to be a contributing writer for WEEI.com in Boston, Massachusetts.
It is entirely fair to say that I am addicted to baseball.
