Catrina has spent nearly a decade in various industries assisting businesses with their marketing efforts. Catrina also spent time as Director of Career Services for a for-profit college where she spent her time writing resumes, holding workshops, and assisting dozens of individuals with their job search and placement. During this time, Catrina was fortunate enough to meet many wonderful people from various backgrounds and industries. Over the last few years, Catrina discovered an understanding and passion for social media and a dedication to helping others. With this, Catrina created The Career Effect, LLC, devoted to assisting individuals by creating an online community where those individuals could share, learn and network their way to a better career and life.
