My camera is an extension of myself.

Growing up I knew I wanted to do something on the creative side. I tried different art forms but always came back to my love of photography.

As a kid I had a vivid imagination and could play for hours by myself. Like most would say I lived in my own little bubble and could see the beauty in everything around me. I was constantly trying new things and in turn would be getting into trouble but sure enough my dad would have his camera out to capture it. He was in part a reason why I started to capture moments for families I would look through many of our pictures and would wonder where my dad was sure enough he was always the one taking the pictures. I ended up getting my first DSLR in 2007 the same year my second daughter was born.

I realized that I wanted to capture every moment that I didn’t get with my first from her tiny toes to her button nose.

In turn a new love of photography emerged with capturing my loved ones and those around me.
