Craig Budzik

I am currently the Rawlings Account Manager at CollClubSports, going on 3 years now. Rawlings is a national house-hold name in the sporting goods industry. To be able to represent them to our customer base is a very good opportunity. In just 3 short years out of college and in my current position, I have evolved into a good salesperson, better marketer, and have developed my customer service traits.

Working for a smaller company and being in charge of the biggest account the company has, can be challenging met with some pressure. Since it is a smaller company if you don't produce, it will stick out. I wear many "hats" so to speak at CollClubSports, which I like it that way. It gives you a perspective of all sides of the business, and how it runs. It has given me valuable experience that most people my age don't have. Most people just have one responsibility on a daily basis, where I have multiple. Everyday on the job is different and changing.

My number one responsibility is to produce sales with our already established customers. My secondary duties include handling social media content, being in charge of multiple conferences in our leagues in which we run, being the liaison between Rawlings and CollClubSports, running sales and promotions throughout the year, e-mail and social-media marketing, and many other roles.

I have had a passion for sports all of life, with baseball being my biggest love. I have played baseball all of my life up through college, and still play in a local summer league. I'm a little bit past my prime, but love to get out on the diamond as much as possible! In my free time I love to be active as much as possible. I enjoy running, lifting weights, playing tennis, playing golf, and just being outside on a beautiful day. During the summer I also umpire around the Pittsburgh area for ages ranging from 9 year olds all the way up to adult 40 and over leagues. I have been umpiring since I was 14 years old.

I am happy in where I am currently at in my career, but I'm always looking for new and new and exciting opportunities.
