Upbeat, optimistic and full of an entrepreneurial spirit; Chris Castetter has weathered the real estate business full time since 1994. It’s that “glass always half full, not empty outlook” that has set Chris apart from others in the industry for over 20 years in Hendricks County. Barely a high school graduate in 1992, Chris blazed his own trail into the real estate business in 1994 throwing caution to the wind. Out of money and little direction, he persevered in a complex business and learned hands on the real estate trade. Chris recalls two of his first interviews with real estate brokers in the 1990’s stating, “he will never make it this business.” And the other saying, “he’s too young.” Those statements from twenty years ago are what still drive him today to press on in life and in business. His career path has not been easy, nor without trials and many failures along the way. However, Chris is certain that those trials and failures were opportunities for growth, learning and improvement along the way. Chris still sells real estate full time and manages a team, The Castetter Group at F.C. Tucker. The team of now six has helped hundreds of individuals and families achieve their real estate goals over the years. The proven systems, plans and procedures utilized by The Castetter Group enable the group to offer superior service and a knowledge base in Hendricks County that is second to none! Chris resides in Avon with his wife Heather and their two daughters, Molly and Macy. The family enjoys outdoor activities; boating, landscaping, running, softball and of course, shopping.
