49er Luxury Suite Catering Manager: the San Francisco 49ers were the last NFL team in the league to have a private caterer on site for all home games. I worked with the chef pre season to finalize a permenent suite menu. Prior to every home game I would receive and enter food/beverage orders for each client in 100 suites as well as call and manage 35 -45 suite staff for each home game. On game day I ran the 49er Alumni tailgate party 3 hours prior to kick off (800 general and 150 private guests). Prior to kick off and throughout the game I would check in with each suite to ensure that all ordered items were delivered and that guests were happy and well taken care of. Each post game I would manage the private ticket sales cocktail party for 50 guests. Following each home game I received payment for each suite (quickbooks) and followed up with clients for orders due prior tot he next game.
