In Penn Commercial’s comprehensive CDL program, students will learn through instructor lectures, hands-on demonstrations, group discussions and audio and visual aids in the classroom. The practical methods of instruction include observation of instructor demonstrations, observing fellow students performing maneuvers and on the road driving by personally performing vehicle maneuvers and by driving the commercial vehicle on road, off road and highways.
