Charles Doberneck

Chuck Doberneck is an experienced attorney who has assisted central Indiana residents and their families with their estate planning and administration needs since 1981. Chuck's practice areas include wills and trusts, as well as planning for disability and health care with powers-of-attorney, living wills, and appointments of healthcare representatives. He also provides counsel and assistance in long term care planning for home care or nursing home care, Medicaid benefits, planning for special needs children and adults, and probate and trust administration. Chuck is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Indiana University - Indianapolis School of Law, magna cum laude. Chuck has a special interest in helping people put in place estate plans and administering estates and trusts as efficiently and economically as possible.
