Ceasar Marteye Quarshie

Ceasar De Sniper (Ceasar Marteye Quarshie) was born on May 15th in Somanya, Ghana, to the late Peter Tetteh Quarshie and the late Gifty Awisi Quarshie. He is the third of four siblings. Ceasar had his basic education at Ahamadiya Primary School (now Korboe Okumka M/A Primary) and his Junior High School education at Sra Presby JHS, both in Somanya. He then attended Yilo Krobo Senior High School (Yikrosec) in Somanya.

Ceasar is a renowned entrepreneur, serving as the CEO of Soundhype Media, a leading media company that has worked with top artists like Medikal, Stonebwoy, Fuse ODG, Samini, and many others as a media partner for their events. Notably, Soundhype Media was a media partner for Medikal's 2018 3 Music Awards win as Hip-Hop Artiste of the Year, and Ceasar personally accepted the award alongside Flow Delly, Medikal's manager at the time.

Ceasar's expertise in media and installation has been recognized through various nominations and certifications. He was nominated for Eastern Media Excellence Awards as Blogger of the year in 2024 and Ghana Youth Excellence Awards as Blogger of the year in 2018. Additionally, he worked with MultiChoice as a certified and trained installer from 2011 to 2017. He also gained valuable experience in the telecommunications industry, working as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) for Vodafone Ghana (now Telecel) for a year.

Driven by his passion for his community, Ceasar is committed to changing the narrative about the Krobo community and working towards a better future. He organizes communal events and uses his platform to promote positive change. In his personal life, he is in a loving relationship with Napoah Bukari and they are blessed with two wonderful children. Ceasar enjoys traveling, music, and driving.
