I am a team builder who interfaces across and within organizational boundaries to develop enterprise-class solutions, with a track record of helping executives and sales pursuits to understand the implications of business and technology trends and take advantage of them. I have rallied technologists from across the globe to tackle strategic, innovative solutions - for example: I was the lead-chair for HP's global technical conference multiple years and initiated the lead technologist community within EDS to leverage the diversity of experience available among the technologists.

My value has been that of a pioneer - typically knowing where the explorers have gone and identifying the best path for others to follow, clearing overgrown routes through modernization and automation, enabling efficient and effective movement of the larger group to meet common and corporate objectives. I’ve architected and engineered solutions across a diverse range of industries and client sizes.

I have excellent communications skills speaking at conferences, with executives and blogging through a range of social media outlets, including HPs popular Next Big Thing blog as well as a personal blog at: https://cebess.wordpress.com, among others.

Industry experience includes: process & discrete manufacturing, engineering, consumer products, financial systems, health care payer and IT services.

Specialties: Technology Architecture creation, Professional Engineer (Texas, software), Collaboration, Social Media, Service futures, gamification and Mobility
