I am an Administrative Manager with over 13 years of experience in fast-paced and international environments, including a leading law firm, a specialized insurance company, and a financial startup accelerator. I currently manage the administrative operations of two CEOs across two different companies, one focused on medical professional insurance and the other in startup innovation.
My role covers the full range of administrative responsibilities, including electronic invoicing, payments, banking operations, meeting and calendar management, and email coordination. I work closely with accountants on financial statements and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
I have strong skills in Excel, electronic invoicing platforms, and a well-developed sense of organization and problem-solving.
My goal is to continue growing professionally, taking on increasing levels of responsibility in international environments, with the opportunity to travel and collaborate with multicultural teams.
