Hey there, I’m Cecilia. I’m an Addictions and Community Health Professional living in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I am a fan of photography, music, and design. I’m also interested in writing and arts.

I like to paint and keeping my mind sharp, always interested in how something works, How people 's thought processes behave when under stress, anxiety or depression.

To enjoy life, one must be free of all that holds them back. Once we find and deal with our barriers only then can we truly be free to live the life we were made to.

I practise Manifestation, something that intrigues me enough i have to try it.
