Rawle Cecil Oscar Chapman (born November 7, 1978) better known by his ministry stage name, Cecil-Raw (Mr. Saved by Grace) is a Christian Hip Hop artist signed to 3 In One Ministries, an Independent label he started in 2010. The youngest of three sons born to a nurse and pastor, Vida Bonita and Learmond Chapman, Cecil’s life journey began after his family relocated to the United States from Guyana South America in 1977. Originally born in Huntsville, Alabama, his family relocated to Tennessee where he spent childhood growing up on both the South and Eastside of Nashville- and the reason he calls Nashville home. The place where he professes, “I became a man.”
