Cedar Hill Nature Review

This is my review of the national cedar hill state park located in Cedar Hill obviously. This is a Texas park and wildlife park that is awesome to hike on. This park is located on a few hilly small mountains with awesome trails to walk.
I once walked with my sister and we were given the choice to walk on a beginner or expert hike. We obviously choose the expert one. The views are also great especially when your on the very top of the hill. You can basically overlook all of Cedar Hill and Grand Prairie. You can see as far as Joe Pool Lake.
What else can you do there? My wife and I decided to take some cool photos of us along with our son. This gave us more of a nature background feel and they came out great. They also have a small beach where people can cook out and play long the beach even in the water.
The park is self is pretty big. Being a native of Grand Prairie I can tell you this place is cool to visit and sight see Mother Nature and its creatures. Oh and one thing you really want to be cautious about are the snakes. Yes don’t forget we are in Texas. Cedar Hill is located just 30 mins from Dallas and near Fort Worth. Basically a center point between DFW. You can access this park via 20 and Lake Ridge Exit. Also along 20 you will find a ton of good eating places.
Next time your in the area checkout this cool park. Just make sure you have on your hiking shoes because you will do a ton of walking.
