C.E Dr Sumanta Bhattacharya is a Research Scholar , a Public-Defence-Foreign Policy Analyst , Ch.E , CCIO and Zonal advisor at Consumer Right Organization. Dr. Bhattacharya is currently pursuing his Ph.D (3) one from MAKAUT and along with it he holds the record for maximum number of degree courses in Asia , he has pursued MPI(Oxford University ) , COSJ(University of Michigan) , DIA&D, DG&GS, PGCPP&A , LLB Pursuing , M.A in Defence Law and M.A in Development studies , along with that he has done many lectures from Foreign Universities and Indian organization like COVID-19 tackling the novel corona virus from London school of hygiene and Tropical medicine, Security, Terrorism and Counter Terrorism from Murdoch University , GESC( Lund University ) Smart cities-Management of Smart Urban infrastructure(EPF) , followed by which he has done programme from ADBI which includes financing , digital economy , infrastructure , Asian cities , energy , environment etc from World Bank like carbon taxation , economics and from ISRO like on Navigation, Satellites Geoinformatics in Ecological studies and programmes from WHO , UN, POTI , USIP, ICCE and many more . Apart from that his research is versatile specialised in various topics, He has 180 research papers (some under processing ) . He has 36 patents, Along with this he has published 27 book chapters on education , women empowerment , Indian Diaspora . For his work in the education sector , he has received educational awards from Global Talent awards 2021 ,. Bravo International Book of Records for Expert in Policy Making and Excellence in Education, 2020.International Achievement India award for The Excellence, dedication and spreading awareness for the development of moral values , along with building society by social work award by IAIA awards,Mahatma Gandhi Ratna Award 2020,Rashity Samaj Seva Ratan Award, 2020 Mahatma Gandhi International Nobel Peace Award for Renaissance Man in Public Policy and Education.Global Change Maker Award 2020, for Education and Public Policy Young Researcher Award 2020 from Institute of Scholars(InSc).
