Ceferino (Cef) G. Gonzalez

Ceferino (Cef) G. Gonzalez is President and CEO of BCD Partners and a Managing Partner at RTP Business Advisors Connection. Both companies offer management, marketing and sales, product development, and business process improvement consulting services. Cef is also Co-Founder and Director of North Carolina Executive Roundtable (NCER) since 2011. He has hands-on and broad technical, business, marketing, and sales experience and successes in running businesses, building infrastructure for organizations, leading product development and innovation, developing and executing marketing and sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key relationships. Cef has expertise in lean enterprise, business process improvements practice, and change management along with business and product development, strategic marketing, and commercial sales leadership.

Ceferino spent nearly 30 years with DuPont Corporation and most recently served as Global Marketing, Product, and International Sales Manager of DuPont's Electronic Polymers from 2008 until 2010. He was responsible for electronic polymers for semiconductors, a multimillion Dollar market segment, and a number of national and global customers. His responsibilities also included P&L, outbound marketing, business development, maintaining current awareness of marketplace trends, understanding competitors and their tactics at accounts and for territory covered, understanding business objectives for products and markets and translating these objectives into effective account plans. Cef was also a Marketing and Sales Excellence (MSE) and Continuous Improvement Leader from 2004 until 2010. He led mega-project teams, developed, and executed best practices in Lean Marketing and Sales, new product development, business development, and execution.

His expertise and passion is Global Business Development Leadership and depending on the business and product life cycle could include product, market, sales development, innovation, and sales of process chemicals, advanced materials, equipment, and technology.
