Celestine Diehl

Through my experience at LIM, my skill as a multitasker has become stronger. I am able to manage seven classes, intern, and work part-time. I am a self-directed, team player with a demonstrated capacity to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines on-time .I am passionate about the fashion industry and the fast environment that encompasses it.

I am a goal-oriented person that looks to enter the field of product development. It is fascinating seeing a product created, edited and then manufactured to be sold to millions of people across the world. My internship at Michael Kors sparked my interest in production. This is where I began to master my knowledge of farbrics and leather. After landing a second internship in production at DKNY, I knew that this was the field I will enter when I graduate in the fall. It requires excellent interpersonal communcation skills and the ability to analyze and solve problems. I am enthusiastic to enter the fashion industry and know this is just the beginning of a very exciting career.

Outside of my production career development, I greatly enjoy designing and blogging. I have advanced skills with Photoshop and Illustrator and look to freelance whenever possible. I have strong creative and innovative design skils and want to explore those avenues. I am also currently working on a fashion blog website called Worth Every Penny. This website will provide its users links to the best fashion deals and ways to create looks. I am a bargain hunter at heart and want to share my finds! Fashion doesn’t need to break your budget.
