Well I have been involved in Sales, Management & Coaching for over 23 years and I love getting involved with new recruits and helping them to acheive their goals. I started as a badly paid Tele-Marketeer and moved up the ranks. I worked in Telesales, Field Sales, Major Accounts And Sales Management & Coaching. ("Some might say I can Talk For Ireland")

I spent my time selling solutions in Media Advertising by Phone & Face To Face.

Once I moved into Management & Coaching I spent My time Leading, Guiding & Coaching a great team of Sales People.

I was headhunted by a rival competitor and then headhunted back to my existing employer.

I have always believed in upskilling and I have spent the last 2 years learning all about Digital Marketing. It really is a mine field out there but, I have to say I love it. I dived right in and believe me when I say I have made mistakes but I've had fun and learned a lot along the way. ( I've really caught the bug). I plan to progress my career in this area as I believe it is the future.

I have won numerous awards in my job and I thrive on being the best. It is very important to do the best you can.

I have lived in America and I loved the "Can Do" attitude of most of the people I met.

I enjoy spending my spare time with my family and they cringe when I suggest playing Cowboys & Indians in the woods near our house in West Cork. ( seemingly it's not trending with the 13 & 14 year olds).

What people don't know about me is that I love a challenge and I was roped into spending 40 hours on a liferaft in aid of charity and I even managed to do a headstand.
