CellZum is a provider of mobile concierge services for customers of AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Centennial, Unicel, U.S. Cellular, and many other major cellular networks. Through a team of live operators, CellZum provides 24-hour answers to common on-the-go inquiries, such as directory assistance, driving directions, restaurant recommendations, weather reports, and movie show times. CellZum operators also provide sports scores and statistics, traffic reports, and general driving conditions.

For monthly service, CellZum rates begin at $6.99 per month, plus applicable data and message rates. For certain carriers, service costs $9.99 per month, plus applicable carrier rates. Customers have the option to renew or opt out of CellZum at any time via SMS; there are no contract requirements for the concierge service, and the service may be charged directly to an existing cell phone bill or prepaid balance. CellZum customers may also opt out of service by visiting the support section of the company's website.

CellZum provides a strict privacy policy, wherein phone numbers and email address are not shared, sold, rented, or released to any third party unless specifically requested by the customer or as required by law. Additionally, customer support is available 24 hours per day by calling 1-888-985-7600 or by text messaging HELP to 82511. All customers must be at least 18 to begin service, and they must have the permission of the mobile account holder before subscribing. In addition, each phone on a multi-phone plan must be signed up individually before accessing concierge services.
