I research the relationship between information and communication technologies, and human rights. Iam a digital and information security consultant at Open Briefing, and technical lead for Instituto Tecnologia Humanista, a public interest technology lab and consultancy providing forensic analysis, technical investigations, and research forNGOs s on topics related to civil rights, transparency, anti-corruption, digital security, rule of law and democracy. I was a fellow at Dejusticia (Colombia) in 2018/19 Media Democracy Fund Tech Exchange program. I was also a fellow with Consumers International (UK, Global) in 2022/23, through the same program.
