The CARF-accredited Centered Health is a residential treatment facility for adolescents is based out of Malibu, California.

This treatment facility helps patients in recovering from addiction and co-occurring disorders. Both, girls and boys, between the ages of 12 and 17, are welcomed to attend, each with individualized treatment plans and luxurious accommodations.
