With over 15 years of independent and corporate consulting experience, Cento is a dynamic IT leader. His focus has always been on extracting measurable value from investments in people and technology.

As Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Information Systems, Cento has managed all aspects of the Human Resources technology stack supporting Policy, Audit, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Leadership Development, Performance Management and Executive Strategy.

With more than 15 years of finance, operations and technology leadership experience, Cento has worked with many industry-leading organizations as both manager and consultant. Before joining GM Financial in February 2013, Cento served as Senior Project Manager and Consultant for Horizon Lines, the nation's leading domestic ocean shipping and logistics company. During his tenure at Horizon Lines, Cento led several multi-million dollar supply chain system implementations designed by Horizon Services Group, the company’s technology consulting division.

Prior to Horizon Lines, Cento was Assistant Vice President of Delinquency Management Analytics at Citigroup. Previous management and technology consulting positions include tenures at Allegiance Telecom (XO Communications), First American Financial (Mortgage Servicing Technology) and Fannie Mae (Mortgage Banking).

Cento maintains an extensive portfolio of internationally recognized professional certifications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt via Villanova University.
