Born and Raised on the beautiful island of Oahu, I am a fully trained and certified Child Care Provider. As a graduate of Fashion Design school, I moved to San Francisco in 2009 to pursue my dreams in the world of art.

I just moved to L.A. and am now going to school to attain my degree in Art/Music Therapy and Counseling. Incoporating inner healing with music and art is great way to bring health and longevity to the body and mind.

I spent nine years working in my grandmothers in home child day care. Assisting her in the care of 3-5 children at a time ages 3 months-8 yearsold. It was a great experience since I had grown up in this same day care. I grew with my experiences and now enjoy teaching children in a classroom environment as well.

I love working with children as it is a passion of mine. I am a keyboard instructor for Girls Rock Camp. I teach girls ages 8-17 basic piano theory and song writing excersises. I teach workshops on self-empowerment, image and identity, self-defense, zine making, screen printing and song writing. We assist the girls while they explore group dynamics and learn new things about themselves.

For 2 1/2 yearsI worked for Swiss Cheese Child Care Collective. Through it I have worked various jobs inculding an in home day care, The Bunny Hutch in Berkeley.

I have worked with one family through the collective for 14 months, 44-55 hours a week, from age 5 months and on. I taught the child basic sign language and work closely with her through all of her developmental stages. I sang to her, danced, we had floor time, and worked on language skills. I also took her some classes and play dates with her friends. I prepared food and did light house work. I have extensive experience in working with infants, toddlers, and up to age 14.

I love to teach and care for children of all ages. It is rewarding and I continue to learn more about myself in the process. I am a patient and loving person who will be there for you and your child.
