I have more than 2 decades of experience in Software Industry out of which 10+ years in top leadership. I have experience in designing and building large scale softwares for domains like Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, HR. Through his tenure he has managed projects at an international level, through concept to implementation. I have been consultant for various SME’s on Business process, Social media branding, Employee motivation, satisfaction, productivity and Change management.

I specialize in areas of self management, team management and business management. I also specialize in coaching individuals, team and organisations for success and leadership.

I am also Founder & Director of NGO “Shikshanaayan Foundation” contributing to community through various education and empowerment projects.

With my intrest in history and in understanding how it shapes our future, I have been exploring and documenting history and heritage of Nashik. I am also founder and Secretary of Nasik Itihaas Sanshodhan Mandal, an organisation committed to promotion, education and research of history.

I am also photo documenting river Godavari and how we exploit our rivers in name.of religion and development. My photo documentation work has beed exhibited at various institutions including Tata Institute of Social Sciences and appreciated by various organisations and individuals and activists.
