Cesar A. Castaneda

I have lived in Sacramento for nearly 20 years. I was born and raised in Peru and attended the same Catholic private school for 12 years of elementary, middle, and high school. After graduating in 1989, I moved to the United States in 1990 to attend college in the San Francisco Bay area. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Counseling with a concentration of Marriage, Family and Child Counseling, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and serve as the Deputy Director for Atkinson Family Services, a non-profit agency working with disadvantaged children, youth and their families.
