Hi, I'm Cetti. I'm a photographer with a background in project management, driven by the belief that the best stories happen where people, music, and ideas come together.

My career has never followed a straight line, and that's exactly what makes it valuable.

I've worked as a Project Manager and consultant for cultural and business projects, leading public tenders and grant-funded initiatives at local, national, and European levels. Along the way, I've coordinated international teams, shaped communication strategies, and built meaningful connections across Italy and Europe.

I'm also the founder of UpNõu OÜ in Estonia and a music photographer, constantly drawn to the stories that emerge where creativity and people meet.

Today, I bring all these experiences together in my work, blending strategic thinking with creative vision, structure with intuition, and ideas with execution. I enjoy turning complexity into clarity and helping projects grow with purpose.
