Cezar Busatto

Busatto is the Municipal Secretary of the Department of Political Coordination and Local Governance of Porto Alegre City. He was in 2009 the Secretary for Economical Development, Innovation and Strategic Projects of Santa Maria City. He was Porto Alegre Secretary of Political Coordination and Local Governance from 2004 to 2008, and State Secretary for Civil Affairs in 2008.

Economist, Rio Grande do Sul State Representative for three terms. Master in Economics from the National School of Economics at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
